ELEVEN YEARS AGO….
It was the darkest of the nights. The serene of it, defied by the roaring winds and the turbulent thunders. Rainsplattered on the doorsteps of the huge white building that stood amongst the small houses, overlooking the neighborhood.
The front door of the huge house opened and two figures emerged from the rich threshold, their shadows penetrating the darkness that fell upon. With a briefcase in his right hand, the man kissed the woman, whispering goodbye in her ear.
He hurriedly paced towards the car that awaited him, spaciousness and luxury defining it.
Still standing at the doorstep, the woman never let her eyes stray from her partner. Long after even the slightest sounds of the car engine faded away, the woman turned and strolled inside gracefully, her curves well apparent even in the dimmest of the light. Behind the now closed front door, she made her way to her bedroom, and opened the varnished door quietly. Once inside, she kissed the forehead of her little daughter who slept deeply, totally lost in her dream world only to leave the sleeping child at its own mercy, alone. Placidly, she again walked out of her room and closed the door to the guest room behind her; her eyes searching desperately for the reason she was there.
“You are late…”, Aleesha jerked around hearing that husky voice. Her heart leapt.
“ he just left” she hugged the man of her dreams. Her lover. She’d been dying to meet him. Praying that her husband would leave all the sooner.
“ good then…” the man put his arms around her feeling every inch of those well clear cut curves.
And then their lips found each other, in a throaty passionate kiss.
